At Jones Farm Hay and Feed LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how we handle returns for hay, feed, and related products.

General Return Guidelines

Due to the nature of our products (including perishable feed and hay), returns are accepted only under specific circumstances. All returns must comply with the following:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Feed Returns

  • Sealed feed bags may be returned only if there is a manufacturing defect, contamination, or at the discretion of Jones Farm Hay and Feed LLC.

  • Opened feed bags cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

  • Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be issued only after inspection of the returned product.

Hay Returns

  • Hay returns are accepted only if there are conditions that renders the product unusable.

  • We cannot accept returns for hay that has been improperly handled or stored by the customer.

  • Customers must notify us immediately upon delivery if there is an issue with the hay.

  • Jone Farm Hay and Feed may provide a replacement or credit at our discretion after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used feed bags

  • Hay or feed that has been stored or handled improperly

  • Custom orders or special requests

Return Process

  1. Contact us at 919-427-4963 within 7 days of receiving your product to request a return.

  2. Provide your date of purchase, product details, and reason for the return.

  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for return or inspection.

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit as applicable.
